About Daniel
Daniel Santin, founding director of Inspiring Destination was born and raised in Santa Catarina (Brazil). Daniel arrived in London at the turn of the millennium. He was instantly hooked. A few months later, when it was time to return to Brazil, he decided to stay and make London his new home!
At the time he had no idea what travel really meant and the life-enriching experiences he was going to have when he decided to take the academic path. Once graduated in International Tourism Management in London, he started working for lastminute.com before making a successful career in the airline industry. He worked for American Airlines, TAM and finally LAN Airlines, where he was head of Sales and Marketing for over three years. In 2012, he moved to Opodo.com to develop their Business and Corporate Travel department, further cementing his knowledge of the Travel and Tourism industry.
By the end of 2014, Daniel graduated from London Birkbeck University with a master degree in Management. He was now equipped with the essential knowledge to pursue his dream and develop his own business. In that same year, Inspiring Destination was created with great success. Inspiring Destination is now a strong and specialised Sales, Marketing and PR company within the global Travel and Tourism industry.
Daniel’s love for travel has taken him to many countries around the world, always motivating him to explore cultures, history, nature, wildlife, food and to simply enjoy those lazy days at some paradisiac beach. His commitment to the travel industry galvanises his drive to share his experience about all those destinations that inspired him to travel and build a solid career from it.
